Enrique Nieves

Enrique Nieves is in-house counsel and a member of the board of Stealth Air
Corporation. Enrique is a lawyer that focuses his practice in commercial litigation, including
business disputes, real estate disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, appeals and bankruptcy. A
litigator for more than 10 years, Enrique has handled matters that cover the spectrum from
extremely large and complex issues for corporations to defending individuals against large
institutions and foreclosure actions defending the underprivileged. He has carried primary
responsibility in representing corporations and individual clients in commercial matters and
litigation. In addition, he has handled trial and mediation matters in state court, appellate courts,
and U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Enrique also served as a Staff Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, West Palm
Beach, FL. Enrique understands how to balance the needs of his clients in pursuing their interests
with a full understanding of the stress and real-world financial obligations that his clients face in
every situation. Regardless of where a client falls on the spectrum, Enrique prides himself on
communicating clearly and effectively with them and making sure that each knows they are in

Enrique was featured in the South Florida Daily Business Review for his work on a
Florida Supreme Court case. Enrique has also been quoted and written about by other media
outlets including the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, the South Florida Business Journal, Foreclosure
News Report, and Housingwire. Enrique attended law school at the Pennsylvania State
University Dickinson School of Law and Emory University School of Law. Enrique competed
for Emory University in the Hispanic National Bar Association: 2007 Moot Court Competition.
At Penn State Enrique was a Dean Academic Achievement Scholar and received the Fine Family
Memorial Scholarship. Enrique also served as the Minority Law Students Association Vice
President.
